Jack has more than 20 years of experience as an authorized player’s agent, and he is arguably the agent with the longest tenure in the Norwegian market. He worked for Rune Hauge from 2001 to 2008, the year that he co-founded Nordic Scouting.
He has an extensive network of clubs and partner agents internationally. More than 150 transfers have taken place over the years because of Jack’s involvement. He has represented both clubs and players in player transactions. His primary role is to work with existing players overseas and prepare the ground for our clients’ next contract extension or career moves in or outside of Norway.
Ole Petter is an attorney-at-law specializing in topics such as sports and contractual law. Ole Petter has worked as an authorized player’s agent since 2007 and is a registered intermediary in the Danish Football Federation (DBU). He has an MBA in Sports Management from the University of Madrid and is the other co-founder of Nordic Scouting.
Ole Petter handles all legal aspects of the agency, serving as a legal advisor and expert for our players and clubs. He drafted our library of documents for various circumstances, including contract extensions, player transfers, and other football-related agreements. Our involvement in developing players in the Ivory Coast has become a success because of Ole Petter’s leadership in that project over several years.
Kristian has over 20 years of experience in investment banking and private equity in Norway and the United States. He is a seasoned transaction professional and entrepreneur, having worked on and completed over a hundred international business deals, including successful fundraisings for several Norwegian football clubs. He has served on the board of Stabæk and Lyn 1896.
Player development is incredibly close to Kristian’s heart, having worked with young players in the United States and Norway. Kristian’s responsibility is scouting promising players in Norway and being Nordic Scouting’s representative in the day-to-day follow-up of several of our players.
